Nov 4, 2009 after sending an email photo of an arrangement to Kelly for her Grandma's funeral she responded with: "Karla that was so kind of you! Truly your kindness is so appreciated! I was able to show the pictures to my children this morning over breakfast as we spoke of my Grandma. Thank you!!
